TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Bird PrintShop and paying the deposit, you're approving the order invoice, artwork, proof given, and the terms and conditions below.
PAYMENT
A deposit is required on all orders placed. The standard deposit is 100% of the total cost. In special circumstances we require 50% down. In this case, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the order can be shipped or picked up by the customer. Payments can be made by Credit / Debit card, Paypal, Check, or Cash.
ARTWORK
All artwork files must be 300dpi or vector format. We will adjust artwork print size to what we think looks best. Unless customer requests specific artwork dimensions. Printing can only be as good as the artwork. Bird PrintShop is not responsible for poor quality prints due to poor provided artwork.
TURNAROUND
Average turnaround time is 10-15 business days. (Mon-Fri) plus shipping time. This turnaround is not guaranteed. Adding any finishing process, or many print locations will extend the turnaround time.
MUST HAVE DATES
Bird PrintShop will do everything in our power to meet anyy must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
SHIPPING

PRINTING OVER SEAMS / ZIPPERS
Inconsistencies are going to occur in ink coverage and registration when printing over, or across seams, collar, zippers, or any other edges. Large prints run the risk of printing over seams. Bird PrintShop is not responsible for these inconsistencies.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled up until any deposit or payment is made. After this point no refunds will be issued.
GARMENT INCONCISTENCIES
Suppliers may send old stock or have inconsistencies in their provided garments. Bird PrintShop is not responsible for ANY inconsistencies in the garments / merchandise.
INK COLORS AND PANTONE MATCHING
If a customer does not specify they would like pantone matched colors, then Bird PrintShop will use the closest ink color we have readily available. Additional charges may apply for pantone matching. Final look of pantone matched colors, and readily available inks may change due to print style, garment type, color, or garment blend. Bird PrintShop is not responsible for these color inconsistencies.
PRICING AND QUOTES
Bird PrintShop has the right to change pricing and re-quote without notice. Costs are constantly changing for us, and this may be reflected on your invoice or quote.
MISPRINTS
Bird PrintShop is not responsible for misprints up to 5% per design and print location. Minimum of 1 garment per order.
POLYESTER / GARMENT DYES
Polyester items can be a struggle to print on depending on the brand or dye process. This is due to a reaction known as dye migration. This is the small dye particles moving from the fabric to the ink. This reaction is provoked by high amounts of heat, which is also a requirement in the printing process. We combat this in many ways but there is always a chance for dye migration depending upon the garment. This can also be provoked by high heat from your clothes dryer. Always choose a lower heat setting when drying garments with polyester content. Bird PrintShop will not be responsible for this reaction occurring in any way.
TRADEMARKS & LICENSING
Bird PrintShop is not liable for the use of Trademarked or Licensed Images. When an order is placed the customer assumes full responsibility for any images provided and used.
CLAIMS AND ERRORS
Any claim must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery or pickup. Please email contact@birdprintshop.com to submit your claim. In the case of and error on our part, 100% of the items must be returned to Bird PrintShop or the reprint will not be allowed.
Bird PrintShop has the right to change our pricing and terms & conditions without any notice.
