ORDER MINIMUMS

Our minimum order for custom garments is 12 pieces per design / project. We are open to smaller orders depending upon colors, and placement, but will not guarantee any service.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days. We have a rush service available at an additional cost.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED APPAREL

Accepted Answer

We are happy to decorate customer provided goods, although we will not decorate already washed or worn garments. If you're looking for contract pricing please give us an email (contact@birdprintshop.com) Otherwise please fill out our quote forum.

We reserve the right to refuse this service at any time.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

Accepted Answer

We accept Credit / Debit card, Paypal, Checks, or Cash. We also require 100% of your final quote when you place your order. In special circumstances we may accept 50% down, or Net 30. For either of these services please email us (contact@birdprintshop.com) and we will do our best to make accommodations.
